Warranty
Every product we sell carries a 12-month warranty that we honour ourselves, in Lahore. You deal with us, not with a form sent to a manufacturer abroad.
What is covered
- Manufacturing faults and components that fail in normal use.
- Battery capacity that drops below half its rated figure inside the warranty period.
- Charging ports, buttons and switches that stop working without physical damage.
What is not covered
- Physical damage, liquid damage and burn marks.
- Wear items such as ear tips, cables and cases.
- Products opened or repaired by someone else.
How to claim
Message +92 3XX XXXXXXX on WhatsApp with your order number and a short video of the fault. We reply with a decision, and if the claim stands we book a free pickup, test the unit and either repair it, replace it, or refund it.
Turnaround is usually three to seven working days depending on whether a replacement is in stock in Lahore.
